1. Service Payments
All services provided by ** AutoFlowKits Solutions** are billed in two parts:
Setup Charges
- 50% of the setup fee must be paid in advance before work begins.
- The remaining 50% setup balance must be paid after project setup completion and before final delivery, activation, or handover.
- Monthly service charges are billed on a prepaid basis.
- Payments must be completed before the start of each billing month to continue service without interruption.
- Failure to pay before the due date may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
2. Non-Refundable Advance Payment
- The advance setup payment is strictly non-refundable.
- Once project planning, configuration, development, integrations, or onboarding work has started, the advance amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- This includes:
- WhatsApp chatbot setup
- Automation workflow creation
- API integrations
- SMS/email setup
- CRM/workflow configuration
- Custom development work
- Third-party service configuration
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Project Completion
Clients may request cancellation before project completion; however:
- The initial advance payment will remain non-refundable.
- Any completed work, custom development, or third-party expenses may still be chargeable.
After Project Completion
- Clients may cancel monthly services at any time before the next billing cycle begins.
- No refunds will be provided for partially used monthly service periods.
4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
To stop recurring monthly services:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing period starts.
- Services will remain active until the end of the current prepaid billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused days.
5. Delayed or Failed Payments
If payments are delayed:
- Services may be paused, restricted, or disconnected.
- Re-activation may require pending payment clearance.
- Additional setup or reconnection charges may apply in certain cases.
6. Third-Party Service Costs
Certain services may involve third-party providers such as:
- WhatsApp Business API providers
- SMS gateway providers
- Email delivery services
- Hosting providers
- Automation platforms
These charges are:
- Separate from our service fees
- Subject to third-party policies
- Non-refundable once activated or consumed
